Since 1979, Paul has encompassed the following credentials: Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES). 

Paul has received the highest Production Award every year since 1990. Additionally, Paul received the Lifetime Achievement Award which has been awarded to only a few hundred people in the history of RE/MAX International.

Paul's History

- 1979 Started Real Estate Profession.

- 1979 to present - Successfully marketing and closing real estate transactions, currently employing a personal full-time staff with technical computer support. 

- 1984 Co-owner, Broker of Cornuke and Associates Real Estate Firm with offices serving sales, property management, development, new construction and debt counseling. This company was successfully sold in 1989. 

- 1982 Created and managed the local training division of a large national real estate firm. 

- 1969 - 1981 Professional Air Traffic Controller and Radar & Control Tower Trainer. 

EXPERIENCE:

VIETNAM - After serving in Vietnam, Paul began with the Federal Aviation Administration.

AIR TRAFFIC CONTROLLER - Control Tower, Approach Control and Radar. Paul's air traffic control background conditioned and trained him to be detail oriented, to think three-dimensionally, perform well under pressure, to look at the big picture, and to anticipate the ever changing entities. 

SERVING THE LOCAL PIKES PEAK ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS...For three years, as a member of the Multiple Listing Service Forms Advisory Committee, Paul served successive terms serving as an arbitrator on the Professional Standards Arbitration Committee and Professional Standards Ethics Committee since 1987. 

BUILDER EXPERIENCE:

Having sold real estate since 1979, Cornuke has built over twenty homes through his company "Mesa Verde Development", with his building experience, he has a very thorough understanding of all aspects of pricing, cost analysis and comparative market analysis. 

In 2000 Paul designed and built a 4500 square foot Mediterranean Villa style home that included luxury appointments, style and features. Then as a hobby, he enjoyed fully landscaping this home personally, which included his favorite, a 15 foot, 5 terraced waterfall into a 30 foot pond.

FINANCE in all areas is a specialty.  Cornuke has taught the "Master Your Money" series by Ron Blue since 1986 to businesses and churches. The class teaches basic principles of budgeting and theory to encourage and teach people to get out and stay out of debt.

Member of Superstar Relocation Network, Mike Ferry Master Mind Group participant, Executive Director of North American Referral Network, Senior Director of Western States Referral Network: Colorado Division, and Executive Director of North American REO Referral Network. 

INVESTMENT:

As a General Partner in four joint ventures and General Partnerships, he has been personally involved in investment property acquisitions and entrepreneur owned properties. 

Nancy and Paul have been married since 1972. They have two grown daughters, Heather and Erica.  Twin grandsons Joshua and Micah arrived, a granddaughter, Lisa, and a grandson Nathan.

HOBBY:

As Crew Chief for "Battlebots" Competitors, Nightmare and Backlash, built by Jim Smentowski, Paul has been on a competition support team member since 1999. Backlash was the 1999 middleweight class world champion. Paul has been seen on the Battlebots (Comedy Central) TV show several times in competition. Awards and Credentials:

- 1992 RE/MAX Presidents Award for Production, Superior Leadership, Enthusiasm and Attitude. 

- 1993 named the most vocal, creative member by the RE/MAX Mountain States Sales Advisory Council. 

- Elected 1994/1995 President of RE/MAX Sales Advisory Council for the five state, Mountain States Region. 

- Paul has represented the state of Colorado as an Executive Board Member to the Western States Mastermind Group, a "think tank" of 20 Real Estate experts working to resolve the complex issues of the Real Estate market and consumer related topics. 

- Paul is the Executive Director of the North American Corporate REO Referral Network. 

- Paul is the Regional Marketing Director of the North American Referral Network, exclusively representing Colorado Springs, Colorado. 

- As a member of Mike Ferry's Superstar Network, Paul has involved with the most active and successful Real Estate Agents in the United States and Canada.
